Bought in the app?
Plans, tomatoes and Shop items bought in the app are paid through Apple or Google, so they handle refunds. We can’t refund those ourselves.
Once a tomato or Shop item is used, it can’t be returned.
Paid on wakapals.com (Nigeria)?
Card plans renew until you cancel: use the “manage subscription” link in your Paystack email so you’re not charged again.
Our rule: you can have a full refund within 14 days of paying, as long as neither you nor anyone in the crews you run has used anything the Free plan doesn’t have. After 14 days, or once a paid feature has been used, you can cancel so it doesn’t renew, but we don’t refund the time already paid for.

- Crews of up to 5 walkers
- Run 1 crew, be in 2
- The daily race, passes and the crown
- Cheers, nudges and tomatoes
- 1 video moment a day in each crew (photos any time)
- 30 days of race history
Using any of these means no refund
By you, or by anyone in a crew you run:
- More than 5 walkers in a crew you run
- Running more than 1 crew, or being in more than 2
- More than 1 video a day by anyone in a crew you run
- Sub-crews, co-admins or a monthly recap (Crew Max)
